I may be a newbie on here but also a big thumbs up for Andy. Spot on service and great delivery to U.K. Arrived with UPS with some very clever shipping - he knows his stuff for the best way to ship to all countries it seems!!

Yes his shipping is crazy fast. I've had several orders with him and they all arrived in less than a week to California. I've sent a cam back for repair/service and its replacement was taken care of quickly and without issue. Cant say enough good things about him. A+++

Hey Guys,

I will start a 1 week holiday from 16th-22nd Aug. During this time maybe reply little slow. just send email me is fine. The new stock will comes soon for the HDW5231R-Z,HDBW4231F-AS and SD49225T-HN. New models testing samples also can be ready when i back early next week.
Most new e-poe models i will get the small stock on 25th. We will see how they work.

Do you have a running list of what is in stock and prices posted anywhere at any given time or is it just in stock if it says so on your AE accounts?

I have to concur. Second order shipped today. Great communication as one ordered camera was out of stock and substituting with an in-stock 2.8 lens was not appropriate for the application so decided to wait for re-stock. Three days later got notice shipped. A lot of the quickness has to do with the International Date Line. Had to laugh when reviewing the DHL tracking on the first order. Arrived in the US and cleared customs on the same day it left HK...but 6 hours after the plane took off from HK! Go figure.

One thing I will note is that the AliExpress website are a couple of quirks to be aware of that my bump you out of Andy's store and you may not realize it. Putting something in the search field returns results for all of AliExpress, choosing a searched item takes you to that vendor's store. The other thing is to avoid the natural inclination to navigate back using the web path links as that is for all of AliExpress and "Home" takes you to the AliExpress home page rather than Empire Express home page. Just above the web path links is a blue menu bar. Use it as you stay in Andy's site.

Just noticed that DHL used Orlandos original (pre-Disney, now "Executive") airport, Herndon Field a mile from downtown bypassing the two much larger and busier airports on the outskirts the other 3 shipping companies (FedEx, UPS and USPS) use. That may explain the 3 hours between their facility and my home as they avoided all that airport and road congestion.

Current order too early. Noticed had tracking number change with 2 parcels today, 8/16/2017 @ 2:24 in Hong Kong so should be delivered tomorrow or the next day. Today and tomorrow should also receive some computer parts for a BI build so my weekend should be quite busy.

Are there additional import taxes when purchasing from China with shipment to US or is everything included at time of purchase?

Is paypal a payment option with Empire?

when you are in europe, or at least the netherlands, the tax free option is great as mentioned before by others. count on 2 weeks and you will be able to play with your new bought camera, but it saved me around 20% tax. Definitely worth the extra days for shipping :).
