Hello,

I'm using SmartPSS on my Mac and today I was trying to export an event recording however SmartPSS exporting function is offset by an hour. As you can see below selected time range is 10am to 12pm but the "Export Selection / Scissors" option is showing 11am to 1pm and and that's the timeframe that will export.

Any ideas what's causing this? The cameras time etc. is all correct. I'm in the UK

Thanks

Had the same behavior. With latest SmartPSS windows version (>2.0.0.0) i didn’t recognize that behavior anymore.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I'm on Mac and v2.0 seems to be the latest version that I can see on the official Dahua website :( Unless someone can share a link to a newer version? :) Thanks

I have the same problem with version 2.00.1 on windows. I've learned to live with it and use the time shown in the box instead of the position on the timeline. We're on daylight savings time now and I wonder if the behavior will change when we go off?

That's a good point and could as well be the reason. We'll see end of October :)

Not for Mac
Or you could use wine or a VM to test the windows version. Totally new look and feel in the 2.0.1.0

I tried wine and crossover but the IVS screen doesn't work properly for me :/ Does it work for you ? In terms of the look I couldn't see much difference tbh
