Recorded video is skewed

Have 3 identical Sharx cams and two work fine. Recorded vids from the 3rd camera are skewed. See pix below:

Likely, this is related to a changed setting in BI or in the camera setup, but I've compared settings to working cams and can't spot any differences.

Pure guess, but have you checked the lens for water ingress?

No, but wouldn't that affect live view as well? I check the vid stream in BI and in Sharx s/w and it appears fine (as in top picture above); so, I'm guessing it's in the BI recording process, keeping in mind that recordings from two other, identical cams are fine. Leads me to believe it's a setting on this specific camera, but don't know which.

deleted and added back the cam and it work fine. Thanks for your consideration.
