Need Clips Pane Explanation

I reconfigured BI with all clip folders on the same drive as BI i.e. D:BI\db and so on All recording are showing up in the "Alerts" tab and only "New" recording are showing up in "New" tab. If I choose "ALL" tab I only get new recordings. Not sure if this is right or need to change a setting?

Win7pro 64bit in custom box w/i7-4790/16gb-ram/2ea SSD drives (C/D) and 12 Hikvison cams

Ok, so I check my system this morning and the clip window doesn't show any clips from today. But they show up in the time line, I shut down and restart the app and they now show up. FYI, BI is running as a service.

Question: what gives, why is it doing this?

Well several days have passed and the "Clips" window still does not update from one day to the next. Just wondering if this is too big of a task for the forum, maybe need to call Ken.

Upper right corner, do you have todays date selected in the calendar?

Thank you Looney, I will make a point to insure these are selected tonight and check to see if it makes a difference in the morning. I restarted the app again (before posting) and they all showed up again.

Ok its been a few days now and what I discovered is the clips pane is not staying current. I have to physically force it by clicking "Today" to bring it forward. Anyone know why?

You need to unselect the calendar. So click on the calendar then select "Cancel" this will unselect any day selection. A green calendar means you have a day selected.
