Anyone familiar with CamNebula Free software ?

Also I need to make sure they have a remote view app for Windows phones and not just android and ios.

The app you linked to is garbage...the free version also only allows for 2 days local storage..plus a bunch of other limitations making it useless...not even sure why you would consider that software, did you see what their webpage looks like?
milestone has windows phone app.

What other FREE vms are you going to use? As I pointed out camnebula is completely useless...every piece of software is going to have some users with issues...
