Cameras clocks on BI lagging

I have 16 Amcrest camera's and I am using Blue Iris. Two of the camera's clocks are lagging in Blue Iris. When I log into the camera's from Explorer the time on the clocks are correct but in Blue Iris they are lagging about a minute and a half behind. Any idea's? I am running the latest version of Blue Iris. 4.6.5.2.x64.

I have been using Blue Iris for over a year and a half and I have never had this issue before. All camera's have the latest firmware upgrades too. This issue started about a month and a half ago. Help!!

is it the cameras overlay that is lagging or blue iris time overlay?

No, it is the internal camera time. However the time on the internal camera is correct when I log into the camera. It is showing wrong in Blue Iris. I have the Blue Iris overlay clocks turned off.

that means the feed to blue iris is lagging...when this happens, reboot the router, see if the time syncs...if not, reboot the switch and see if it syncs....
is the BI computer connected to the router or the same switch as the cams?

I will try that. The Blue Iris computer is connected to the router. The Switches are connected to the router as well.

unfortunately that is not possible. It is in the attic where all the camera cat5 is ran.

fenderman, We'll I thought we had this figured out but still having the same issue with the clock on two camera's lagging up to a minute and a half over a two day period. I reset the switches like you suggested and it did not work. I double checked the camera's clocks and they are still on the money as far as being the correct time. I do not know why Blue Iris is allowing the clocks to lag on 2 of the 16 camera's I have.

if you dont have blue iris overlays (and you should not) the camera time is coming from the camera itself...so that means the entire video is two minuets behind, its not just the clock..
did you restart the router and switch while the problem was happening to see if it corrects itself?

I do not have the overlay clocks turned on. I am using the camera's clocks. I have reset the router and all the switches to no avail.

what is the cpu usage when this is happening?

I had a similar problem - in live view I saw the same person in 2 different rooms which prompted me to look into it. Once camera stream was about a minute or two behind.
It is not happening now, but I did make a bunch of changes - upgraded BI, downgraded video driver, rebooted PC to name a few.
None of these were done to fix the problem specifically, but I haven't seen the issue since.

I replaced a 8-port switch in the attic and that took care of my lagging issue.
