Thanks Fenderman, even though I finally figured out the way to include screen prints, my original problem of stopping recordings has not reoccurred... I now get new clips every 8 hours....
Thanks again .

Any word on whats up with the Blue Iris email situation?

Still nothing from Blue Iris !!!
Ken told me yesterday "The website had some issues on Friday ... should be OK now."

I assume "the website" and "the blueirissoftware.com email server" are tied together.

You may want to send any emails again if you haven't had them go through without an auto-response yet.

I'm having the same issue today. I have purchased priority support, but the email returns with error 554? I was hoping to resolve my issue today, which is why I spent 60$ additional dollars for this support...

Sorry if this is so late I just saw this during a search and I too had the same problem..
The message email was delivered but not saved is due to you not initiating the support query from blue iris.

You can't just email directly. You need to go I to blue iris and generate a support email. This puts in information that the server scans for to make sure you're legit before delivering the email to his mailbox. It's like a spam filter for people who don't actually have a support license...

Go I to blue iris and click email support. Then go to Gmail or whatever email you have and paste the data. Then type your request after.

Hope this helped.

Well, that paste contains my full license key. I don't want to phone it across the internet. Shouldn't it be enough to insert the key as shown in the Options -> About tab?

That is overly paranoid...it will be fine...you know the key is sent to you over the internet when you buy the software...

Sure, when buying this was obviously inevitable. But one time is enough. Overly paranoid? Please! These days you cannot be paranoid enough with internet things.

I hate to tell you this but every time Blue Iris checks for an update it sends your reg key, name, and email address via plain unencrypted HTTP to blueirissoftware.com.
