If anyone has a direct line to Hikvision and can let them know their doorbell wifi camera isn't sending push notifications when someone presses the doorbell, that would be great...Also, their servers seems to be buffering heavily with the video feed - when I watch the video feed internally, it's great...so I know it's their server(s).

It is possible - I tried it with Line and it worked with my Hik Connect App.
Yes, seems like intru and line are working ok. However, we cannot set to only receive intru and line , without completely disabling the motion detection ? ( which is not preferred , as it is used to capture video to sd card )
Hi, I'm a bit curious how you got them to update the cloud servers
I found last year that Hik-Connect has very limited support for pushing alarms. I/O alarms for example, is not supported. I wonder why they have not implemented full alarm support for Hik-Connect. It sucks to have an external device triggering the I/O alarm and not having the possibility to push it to the mobile app.
