Hello, I bought about 3 years ago camera 2cd2532f-is Hikvision, on the Polish website and ....... about, as it resulted from the description from the Polish Dystribution,
It had a version of the v5.1.2 software, I was cheered for upgrade from the HIKVISION website, I downloaded the correct Baseline Firmware Firmware_IPC_R0 series_En_V5.2.0 140721 upgrade, it sounded correctly (through the browser), and 100% stopped and hung up.
After the serial number today at the HIKVISION distributor I find out that the camera is not from PL, but from China.
The camera can be said to be dead, the DVR can not be found (NO LINK) only by connecting directly on the PoE switch and sending it to the PC SADAP program finds it as DS-2CD-Min-System0120140521CCR ............ you can not change HTTP ports.
Is it possible to put some life into the old settings or a camera for trash?

You can't use the 5.4.5 firmware directly - it is used as part of the Stage 3 of the fixup process, after the camera has been recovered from the brick condition and updated to EN/ML. The 5.4.5 firmware is here : DOWNLOAD PORTAL

Follow the 'step-by-step-guide' in the reference post - check out the needed attachments in the post - loads of people have used the method successfully.
You will too!

okay, I'll try. only you are not 100% sure if this camera is exactly this model 2cd2532f-is because the camera is nowhere writing anything and I remember that it was probably too this model (it certainly has a resolution of 3 mp)
This is good file from HIKVISION PORTAL (IPC_R0_EN_STD_5.4.5_170123)?

I fixed up and fully updated a bricked DS-2CD2532F-IS just a couple of weeks ago, sold it on eBay.
The label was under the mounting base.

Something to try (though not likely to work, but easy to do) :
Change PC IP address to 192.168.1.128 and try a
telnet 192.168.1.64
and see if it connects.
You might have to enable the Windows networking option 'telnet' to be able to do this.

and can you explain to me how to configure connecting a PC to the network and camera?
The PC has WIFI connected with the router, the camera is connected to the PoE switch (with power supply) and the PoE switch is plugged into the router. All in one network. Does the computer have to be directly connected to the LAN with a PoE switch and a camera ?.

Ideally the PC should be connected to the LAN, either the switch or the router. WiFi adds some extra uncertainty.
