Hi,

New camera 30x PTZ
DH-SD6C230S-HN

Little confused as there is no save button for settings,

If I activate night vision and then return to the camera later on it's gone.

I know it's simple but what am I missing in saving this?

Scroll down or zoom to what? I wish to "save" settings and see no way to do so.

The save button is at the bottom of the page. Your screenshot appears vertically challenged. Scroll down on the webpage or try holding down the control key and scrolling down to zoom out in your web browser. The save button may appear. Also maximize the window if it isn't already.

What he's saying is it appears your screen is has expanded the image beyond visibility of your entire GUI, there by obscuring the save button. Can you see the entire menu screen edge to edge? You should see the save button on bottom left. Try scrolling the screen left and right, up and down, or increase screen resolution.

You might also want to try a different web browser (PaleMoon 32-bit, IE, Chrome with NACL web client app).

Please try a different browser. If that doesn't work you may have to try removing the dahua plugin you have installed and installing an older version that might work better with this camera. Where did you buy this camera? It looks like it may be an older model that's been discontinued.

What are the firmware versions currently?

As far as I can tell there is no newer firmware for this old camera.

Try changing the settings using smartpss

I could not get IE to show the whole screen, had to use Pale Moon Rider.
But, Save should be right under the preview screen.

Used Palemoon, here is a screencap

Here is a another weird anomaly.

Even though "SAVE" is not there, if I chooses to change something and just navigate away, it holds.

The only action that is NOT saved is anything to do with IR/Nigh/Day control, those default to their original settings.

Is profile management an option?
