Camera not recognized

When adding another camera to my Dahua NVR I receive a message "Please Initialize the Device". All of the other cameras I have setup were plug n play. This is a brand new camera from Andy, I tried to reset the password just in case but still can't get it to work. The NVR obviously sees the camera but nothing I have done seems to get it operating correctly. I have also tried to connect on my home network with Blue Iris and can't see it on my network. Any suggestions on what do do next?

Ok, after resetting it on my home network where I use BI, I was able to access the camera. It appears it has a newer firmware than any of my other cameras. It required me to setup a 8 digit PW before anything else and never prompted me for the default ID/PW. Hopefully I can take it back to my other location tomorrow and get it back running. Should I be concerned my home cameras don't have the newest firmware? Should I expect this everytime moving forward with new cameras?

New Camera has 2.622.0000000.18.R, Build Date: 2017-11-10
Older Cameras 2.460.0000.14.R, Build Date: 2017-07-20
