I am looking for a Smart plug with presence detection to hook up to a POE switch that will have all of my indoor Cameras on. The idea is to have it detect either via Bluetooth to my phone or via a connection of my phone to wifi/home router when I am home or away to determine if the cameras should be on or off.

Anyone? The ones I have looked at on Amazon seem to lack this feature.

Leave them on, just turn recording / switch the display group based on geofencing in blueiris.

Yes, I could also use scheduling to turn off recording for specific cameras. Not really what I am looking for though, I am trying to disable the power to them completely.

If the devices you want to cycle power on are using switch-mode PSU's then you'd need a proper relay based unit, the solid state types will likely shut themselves off when triggered pr worse. You might also get unwanted side effects on the switch-mode PSU itself when running via a solid-state type unit. These types of PSU are better left running than being cycled on/off frequently tbh
