Clips and Alerts look stretched

Hi folks

Have recently added a new camera (Dahua Mini Wedge) and have rotated the lens and then in BI, rotated the image to give me corridor mode.
All works great - Live views shows the image perfectly, emailed notifications with 4 snapped pictures all show up great, however when I review the recorded clips or video alerts, the image looks stretched (in fact almost fisheye like) - , it stretches across the window and looks awful. How can I prevent this? Its happening in BI itself and also when reviewing the clips and alerts in the BI3 browser and also in the (Android BI app (But again, live view shows up perfect).

Any ideas?

Right click in the view when viewing a recording or clip, and see if you have "360 degree de-warp" set to anything else than "No"

Could be the problem. Worth a try.

Thanks for the suggestion however its all set to no.

However, this morning, I have just reopened the app - And was prompted to install the new update. I did this and now all the clips from that point onwards are showing correctly (The clips from before the update still show as stretched) however if its fixed now I am not worried about the old ones. I am sure I updated yesterday too so its not like I was versions out.

I'll keep monitoring and see how it goes....

I could not think of any other reason for now, as it normally would set it to the right size automatically when you click a recording. I have tried to replicate your situation, but i couldn't do it.

Maybe you could take a look into the camera settings within Blue Iris. Right click on the live view of the camera, Camera Properties, and go to the video tab. Is there something selected like Anamorphic (force size)?
