I can access BI remotely CELL if I use my IP. If I switch over to my NOIP DDNS, it says unable to connect. DUC shows good service. I can access all of my cameras using TinyCam using that same NOIP DDNS so it kind of rules out NOIP DDSN as being bad? Something in BI software preventing the use of my NOIP DDNS from working. Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Made a new user. Remote access wizard is all green. I'm about out of ideas. Anyone?

Are you entering the correct Port after the no IP address?
You can try using blueiris is ownquasi ddns service or trying a different provider...
As an aside I highly suggest you disable port forwarding on your cameras.. unless you want to get hacked if you have not already been...

I stopped using NOIP DDNS service over a year ago because it was causing too many issues. I switched to dyndns and I haven't had an issue since.
Interesting. I have used NO IP for 4 years now with 12 hostnames which I check at least daily via AT&T LTE and home PC on DSL and not one single hiccup.
Maybe I should save up some cash and make a trip to Las Vegas!

Just clean livin', I guess.....

I also used NO IP for multiple years without any issues up until last year... My issue wasn't with AT&T LTE either. If I connected to a BI server with the BI mobile app utilizing NO IP DDNS it would cause sporadic connection issues and dropped connections. Sometimes I couldn't even connect at all. This would occur regardless if WiFi or cell data was being used. I was able to replicate this issues with 4 different BI servers using multiple different ISP's in different states, in addition to multiple different smart phones and every time I took NO IP out of the equation, I was able to connect flawlessly. The connection issues only occurred if I was using the BI mobile app to connect to the server using the link from NO IP ddns. Connecting to a BI server with a web browser wasn't affected by this issue.

I'm glad you never had an issue tho. I guess I wasn't as lucky...

I fiddled around with Open VPN since I am running a Linksys 1900ac. BI app runs fine remotely now and I'm not sure why. Wifi and Cell.
