That is the only way I can figure out device is causing my problem..... Itching to put my devices back into my system, and putting my Asus router back.

Sounds like the problem is more complicated than this, but make sure to check for the low hanging fruit of the auto maintain settings.

I had been thinking the same, but that does not explain the tuner to disappear too, once in a while.

I didn't read the thread too closely, but recall other threads with similar symptoms where the cause was bad cables / cable terminations.
Intermittent cabling faults can be a pain to diagnose. The slight expansion / contraction that occurs with variation in temperature may be why this occurs at night.
Swapping / re-crimping cables would be a good place to start.
If it is caused by something else, your best bet is going to be dividing things up so some of the devices on your network are more isolated from each other.

Now something new just happened. I have a networked tuner that falls off the network, just like my IP cam. After I can in from mowing the grass, I checked the pinging (pinging both the tuner and IP cam), and both were pinging without issue. I went to the HDHomeRun webpage to see the status of my tuners, and my tuner was offline. I double checked with my IP scanner software, and it showed that is was still connected to my network..............

Other things like an extremely electrically noisy light that turns on at night are possible too.
How do you record your cameras? Blue Iris? If you can throw another NIC in your Blue Iris PC put all the cameras on that NIC on a different switch. See what happens.

I have a Hikvision NVR for 4 of the cameras, but the cameras go into a 4 port POE switch. Right now, the Dahau cam is connected to a POE adapter, but I have put it on the 4 port POE Switch, but did not make a difference.
The issue I have, is that some of my other devices are dropping off the network also, whenever the cam drops off.

Minor update. My HDHomeRun networked tuner was not able to be seen by TV app, but was still on my network. I had the diagnostics turned on, SiliconDust ( manufacturer of the tuner) said it was defective. They are going to replace it. I took it offline, and boxed it up. I can't believe it is the problem, but a casualty. If my Dahua camera still goes offline, then the tuner is good.
But my system has been running flawlessly, until a couple of weeks ago, then something changed.

Update, this morning around 00:38, my Dahua IP camera went off line again.

I have pretty much done that. I have one Cat 6 Ethernet cable going to a 16 port Ethernet switch at my entertainment center. Most of my devices have already been disconnected, tonight I can remove that cable from the router.
I also, have an 8 port Ethernet switch connected to my router, and it has one of my HDHomeRun tuners and my Ooma VOIP connected, I can remove that cable from the router aslo.
I have one cable from the router going to my computer, I will leave that intact.
I have one cat 6 cable going from the router to the basement, where it connects to a 8 port Ethernet switch. I have three Android boxes that connect to that switch, but they have been disconnected for several days. I have my 4 port POE switch and a POE adapter also connected to that switch.
So, I guess tonight, before I go to bed, I will remove the cat 6 cable that goes to the entertainment center, from the router. I will remove the 8 port switch from the router. This will leave my computer (which I power off each night) and the cable going to the basement connected.
If it is a power issue, it would have to be at the distribution panel. I don't have the equipment to check the incoming power for spikes or ripples. I was an industrial electrician, many years ago, before I retired.
Edit: I just removed the cover from the breaker panel to inspect the connections. Everything looks good and NO discolorization do to a loose connection. My voltage readings was 124 volts between each leg and ground. 248 volts between legs.

I have a WiFi enabled Leviton smart switch, it doesn't make sense that it could cause issues, but there is no way to remove it from the network, without removing the 120volt power from it. So, that will be my last item to remove from my network.
What switch is that Leviton switch plugged into and why can't it be removed? Also, what switch are you NAS's plugged into, the other HDHOmeRun, as well as the Vorke (and the other two micro PC's), plus the Zidoo X9S?
Also, is your main router an Asus or Trendnet? Your first post said it was an Asus, but then the picture you posted of your network IP list had the Trendnet listed as your gateway, or are they bridged? Here's a visual of what I have so far:

The devices with the red star are the ones that keep going offline. I removed the HDHomeRun connect last night and today, the IP cam dropped off the network, today.
