How come my zone crossing doesn't trigger when a vehicle crosses?

I meant that when the car is parked in the driveway and backs into the road. If the road is zone A then the back end of the car cannot be in zone A when it starts moving.
Move your zone A into the end of the driveway or a little into the edge of the road.
