Make sure you have a successful test email. If it fails, try the test button again. Often times, mine will fail (I turn the feature off most of the time) and i will immediately test again and it will pass. Then notifications work as selected.

I am getting snapshot from Cam 1 but not from the Cam 2 intrusion zone. Do anyone know if the intrusions zones overlap you only get a snapshot from one Cam? I am getting snapshot only from one channel and not from the other one even though settings are identical on both. Do I miss anything in settings?
I am also getting email notification that the intrusion zone is clear. How to change this setting since I don't need this notification on clear zone.

Could you please advise on why I am getting snapshot only on Motion Detect but not on Intrusion rule? Intrusion rule only get to me as an email notification without snapshot? Any additional settings should I check?

You will have to direct each individual rule to email you. When you're in the Add/Edit rules click on the settings "gear" icon for the rule you want a snapshot from. Then check the boxes as needed. See the images. These are from my NVR.

Thank you much again! All Boxes I've checked. Could you please advise if the Alarm box needs to be checked as well. Also, I am playing between Tripwire and Intrusion settings. My feelings are when drawn lines are overlapped or so many (maybe) this triggers one rule and not the other one? Is there a best option to draw rules?

I have 8 or 10 rules (whatever the max is) on a camera that covers my back alleyway. It triggers and captures snapshots of people walking very well. Its not so great for vehicles. It will capture the first and last in a row typically. I think in this scenario, this is where the Blue Iris software excels. I dont have it but from what i read it appears that way. Im still pretty new to this stuff so maybe someone can better answer why. Also, I haven't figured out how to get the alarm clear email to go away but for me its pretty insignificant.

Thank you Ckb3 for your kind help! Yes, using just SmartPSS settings not always great for those triggers. Hopefully, someone will provide additional suggestions. Thank you again!
