So my blue iris server is in my bedroom, most of the time the monitor is off to save power and so I can sleep at night. I am having an issue where blue Iris closes when the monitor on my win 10 desktop is off. I just went on a trip for 2 days to find out that my server had turned off on the first night (because usually I can’t login on the mobile app when this happens), I looked and no one that I can see has had this problem. My server pc is on the latest software as well as blue iris.

In Blue Iris Options > Startup, configure it to run as a service. This way it will run in the background and should recover itself if it crashes for any reason. Definitely works without a monitor turned on, or even without one connected.

Ok thank you for the fast reply, also would blue iris tools work to restart it when it crashes. I’ve seen that there is such function built in.
