We have been traveling a bit so today I went back and checked on a few things on Blue Iris. Found my PTZ looks like it has an HDR filter on it ever since the 30th. Tried rebooting the cam and defaulting image settings to no avail. I went back and saw when it occurred, was at 4am out of nowhere. Tried to ping Andy but haven't heard back yet. Anyone ever seen this? Really hope it's not failing.

have you logged into the camera web interface to see if the issue exists there? if not reboot the blue iris machine.

Looks like power cycling the camera and injector did the trick for now. Strange. Thanks for the tip @fenderman.

Hi Zebrock, a similar thing happened before to me on some of my HDCVI cameras. I eventually figured it out, it was the EQ setting.

The EQ setting should be on 0. But by default the EQ setting is left "unlocked" so the system can adjust it to like 1 or 2 etc.

I solved the issue on the camera in question by setting the EQ back to 0 and then "locked" the setting (there is a little padlock icon next to it that you can click) so that the EQ does not get automatically adjusted.

Not sure if this setting is available for IP cameras, but if it is, this might help. So just thought I'd share.

I believe this PIA setting is strictly on Tribrid/Pentabrid DVR/XVR's. They should take the engineer who thought it up out to the woodshed...
