I was trying to see in 4K my 4K camera on a smart tv. Went to UI settings in upper right corner of browser and changed H.264 player from HTML5 to salt( NaCl auto) and lost the screen. The browser won’t complete saying H264 stays busy so I can’t set it back. I looked for some place to reset in my server, but can’t find. Any ideas before I remove and reload BI?

Still looking for a way to see high resolution on 4K tv than 720p. No data on browser app in Samsung tv

Thanks in advance

If I change “ streaming Quality” to higher than 720p, I get a red “undefined: Media error”. I suspect the tv browser maxes at 720p. JpegHD works ok but appears to be same as 720.

By default bi limits the wrbserver stream iirc. In settings make sure the server is set to unrestricted

Reinstalling BI wouldn't do anything; the UI3 settings are stored in your browser.

UI3 has a helper page you can use to fix this. Go to the address bar where you have

Code:
/ui3.htm
and change it to

Code:
/ui3/reset.htm
then there will be a button to let you reset all settings.
