After my C drive crashed last week, I'm trying to reload programs. I was using Windows 7, but my PC guy loaded Windows 10 Pro on the new drive. I downloaded the latest Blue Iris software and found my last export dated 2014.

Looks like I lost a lot of settings and a couple of cameras. One annoying problem is whenever Blue Iris is running the blue round spinny thing... Processing circle thing next to mouse pointer blinks every second. Does anyone know how to resolve the blinking spinning circle thing.

That's why it's a good idea to backup things periodically. I use MS One Drive since it gives me 1TB of space. So I store important files, pictures, videos etc. there in case I have any issues with any of my PCs. Plus I'm able to access the content from any of my PCs, tablets, phone etc..

My "dodge" is to run clone of the C drive weekly. If the one in the machine fails, just pop in the clone and away we go, again.
