iSpy: scheduling doesn't work

I upgraded iSpy to version 7.1.8.0 and now it ignores my schedule, it's just recording all the time. I've got the problem on Windows Server 2008 R2. On my Windows 10 all works fine.
Any ideas what's the problem?
