So I'm currently using ngrok where I'm able to view/sign on thru the app with no problem when I'm on the network.

However when I try logging into blue iris remotely, it says unable to connect. Any ideas as to how I could get this to work?

I've also unchcked lan only in the user section and that didn't work either.

Are you able to ping your Blue Iris server from the ngrok connection? It is possible that you did not set up your connection properly and you are not even connected to your lan.

Insure you put in the same IP as the LAN where the app asks for WAN IP.
So what I did on the app was under the LAN section in the program, I entered that information (192.168.1.168:8585) in the LAN section of the app.

As for the WAN, I entered the WAN information that is blanked out in blue from ngrok (XXXXXX.ngrok.io:8585)

I'm not sure if I did it correctly but if not, I'm not sure what else I need to do.
