I'm getting a fair amount of motion blur as people walk by my camera at night, whether IR/B&W or Color (there is a decent amount of street lighting).

I wanted to try and fine tune the exposure and shutter but I cannot see any options for this under the image section.

Is this something that is not available on this camera model? or maybe has been removed in my specific firmware?? I don't recall the version # but its from November 2018.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but on the 12-26-18 firmware the exposure options look like they're there.

so strange... i don't see screens that look anything like that...

I'll post my screenshots later.

Could this be because I am adjusting the settings through the Dahua NVR?

The closest i have is to aristobrats where i can see the profile, auto iris, 3d NR, but i dont have any of those other options or side buttons.

Yup -- the NVR doesn't always make available all of the cameras options. I bet if you hop directly on the camera you'll be able to see them!

How do I directly connect to the individual cameras when plugged into the NVR?

The NVR switch puts them on a different subnet (all ip's of 10.xxxx ) that I don't think I can access from my other PC's on the network.

Do I have to plug my PC into the NVR?

If your NVR is connected to your local network then simply login to the NVR from a PC by entering the IP address of the NVR in a web browser.
Once you have logged in click IMAGE > REGISTRATION > Then you should see your cameras listed. After each one you should see an IE icon, click on this and that will take you to the camera login page.
From there login to the camera and select the changes in post #2 or #3

Thank you! I will try that.

I looked through the NVR manual and couldn't for the life of me find and guidance on that.

Okay, not sure whats wrong now... I am on that page and when I double click the IE icon i get this screen:

But hitting connect or okay doesn't do anything...

I am using the "Easy Viwer" chrome app it makes me download for what its worth.

Figured it out... it does NOT work in the Easy Viewer... I have to use regular Chrome (even though I cannot see camera streams).

Thats not the popup you want. Thats the basic camera communication setup dialog. Try using the Pale Moon browser and click on the IE icon, should open a new window and you see a login screen very similar to your Dahua NVR web login page but for the camera itself. You simply cant do higher level stuff at the NVR.
