without buying the anran dvr for $90?

I currently have this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-SDH-C75100BN-Security-Resistant-SDC-9441BC/dp/B01CTUJIMY

I just purchased a pc just for blue iris and plan on installing IP cameras. However, I also want to integrate the 16 cameras that are currently wired through BNC.

I can view these just fine by logging in the internet explorer.

I also tried following the previous posts in the search history with rtsp and http address but it still comes up as no signal.

I just can't get the camera to show up on blue iris. Does that mean I will have to buy the anran dvr?

so far, I tried all possible http combinations and rtsp combinations.
All of them say I/O error except this combination that doesn't have the error but only says no signal

[my ip]:4523/ch01/0

Arnan is bottom barrel junk. Worst case there are much better options from dahua or hik.
Post the setting you have actually tried. Have you tested all options from the samsung dropdown?

In the dvr gui sometimes in the settings they will give you the rtsp url which you can use. See if you can find the rtsp url

I don't see anything like rtsp url.
On connection type, I see IP Type(currently on DHCP), transfer bandwidth, ip address and settings, protocol type(TCP or UDP), Device port, UDP port, unicast/multicast, multicast ttl, http, secure video transmission (on or off)

Glad to hear, so you should be good to go with the rest of the cameras. Care to post a pic of your settings for anyone else who may have the same question?

rtsp://[dvr-ip-address]:4524/0 [<--This is camera # 1]
rtsp://[dvr-ip-address]:4524/1
rtsp://[dvr-ip-address]:4524/2
rtsp://[dvr-ip-address]:4524/3
etc... up to 15 (which is really camera #16)

but mainly, I had to turn off secure video transmission
