Does not seem that Tiny Cam pro Supports any of the Dahua PTZ cams. I can't seem to get any of my three to control the PTZ function of any of my three PTZ cams. Unless I am missing something.

I also email tiny cam support but they don't respond at all.

All works great with gDMSS

I have the following.

SD50225U-HNI IP Camera CCTV 2MP 25x Starlight

SD22204T-GN-W 2 Megapixel Full HD Network Mini wifi PTZ Dome Camera

SD22204T-GN 1080p 2mp mini PTZ IP Camera full hd 4x optical 16xdigital

and the NVR5232-16P-4KS2E NVR

How do you get alexvas to contact you back? I sent emails and PM here... Does he not support this product anymore. About to ask for a refund. Don't need pro if I can't use with the PTZ's.

I see alot of reviews stating that support does not exist anymore??? I guess that answers my question on why they don't email back.

All Dahua PTZ cameras should work in the app.
Please provide me a temporary live access to any of your ptz camera for troubleshooting.

Do you not get emails? I emailed you twice to ask questions. I also PM'd you.

So if you don't have access to this forum there is no support???

I am not going to give you temp access in here on a public forum.... I don't think anyone would.

Tinycam Pro works perfectly with several PTZ's I have, including the same exact cams you mention.
User setup error most likely cause.

You know, you'll be hard pressed to find a bigger fanboy of your product than me and I probably have had over 100 people buy your app, but this not a solution. Document what the requirements/set ups are for the app to work. None of this is rocket science. I can't give you access to clients' boxes. Past that, it's a great app-one of the best out there.
