Did anyone ever find the firmware for the DB11? Mine seems to have started crashing and rebooting every few mins. Currently running firmware 1.000.0000001.0.R

This could be an issue with the transformer.

Thanks @giomania I actually just sent @looney2ns a message about this. I have the DB-11 inside my house now on a different 24v DC power supply and it has been rock solid for almost a day now. I'm not sure why it worked fine with my 19v AC doorbell transformer for a few months and all of a sudden started having issues.

So I moved my DB-11 back outside and installed the new power supply and guess what the DB-11 is having problems again. The DB-11 is very close to my AP so I can't imagine that the signal is the problem. I'm wondering if the metal bracket is causing issues with the signal. Getting pretty annoyed with this thing

What do you mean by close?

The DB-11 is 2.4GHz. Lots of things are including some microwaves. Had a friend have issues it turned out to be microwave. He changed out and no issues. Also could be the wiring possibly?

Have you tried to do some Wi-Fi analysis in the UniFi interface?

I have checked everything I can but maybe there is something I am missing? I am a network admin but I primarily work on Cisco so I am not an "expert" with Ubiquiti. I was seeing a 0% for the wifi experience but 99% signal and from what I am reading that may have been a Ubiquiti bug. I have updated to a beta release that claims to have fixed the wifi experience bug. I tried power cycling the db11 and then pressing the reset button (quick press and a 30 second press). Also tried holding reset button while powering on the DB11 but it seems that no matter what I do I cant get it to "factory reset". Now after some time the DB11 came back online and its showing 78% wifi experience and 99% signal again. I am not sure if this is normal but usually I cannot ping the DB11 (even when it is working) but right now it is responding to pings. We'll see how long this lasts.

Have you figured this out? I run Unifi and I am looking at this product. For your 2.4 GHz radio did you set Channel Width to HT20? Some 2.4 GHz devices are unstable if set to HT40.

Sorry it took me a while to respond. I finally got my DB11 to factory reset and its been stable ever since. I am not sure what happened but I could not get it to reset no matter what i did. I also dont think my power supply was a problem but I left the new one in place anyways. I haven't changed any settings with my WiFi networks but it does show I am currently running HT20. During my troubleshooting i created a new SSID which only exists on one of my APs and its set to 802.11 B/G/N but it did not solve my problem so I dont think it was necessary.
