New recorder causes the camera feeds to be cropped and stretched

I used to have a 960H DVR, bought a 1080N XVR.

On the old 960H DVR, the live feeds of the individual channels looks fine.

But on the new 1080N XVR, the live feeds of the individual channels are cropped and stretched (half of the feed (right side) gets cropped off, then the remaining left side gets stretched to fill the feed)

What is happening?

You need to provide much more detail.
Sorry

The cameras are 960H camera connected via BNC cable runs around the unit, the TV output of both recorders are the same, the cables used are the same

Might just need to go into the XVR settings under "Display" and change resolution....
