Hello guys,
I have an issue that I just can't fix: When trying to create a TV Wall (with multiple monitors), it doesn't show me the devices in the list - so I can not bind the devices/cameras to the screen.

I have manually added the devices (DVRs), by IP, I can preview them and their cameras, but when trying to setup everything in a Wall - i can't see any device.

Did someone encounter this issue? Is it a network issue? Or is there something I am missing?

DVRs are user+password protected, but when I added them to the Device Manager, I've included the login details.

I have checked the prerequisites. Forgot to mention, I connect the Smart PSS computer via network to the DVRs.

No. I only have the DVRs, connected to the network, with a static IP. I can connect and see the cameras in LiveView. But I can't add those same cameras / DVRs to the wall.
The list of devices (when creating a wall), is empty.

Is there any other software you would recommend? I want the computer to start and login automatically, and start the program and the "wall" with the cameras automatically.
So that the security personnel doesn't have to do anything with that computer.

Well I do use smartPss and have say 48 cams on a big screen TV, I'm connected to 5 NVR's and use the tour function so when the computer reboots it auto starts. Unless you have a decoder (and I'm not so sure but it might have to be a Dahua) to bind too, its not going to work the way your network is setup. I have had very good success doing it that way but since you have multiple monitors, You might have to have a separate computer per monitor. How many cameras do you have? One guy that might be of some help is @bababouy , he does stuff like that and perhaps he could shed some light on using video wall.

almost to the bottom
if you are trying to set up a video wall using dahua smartpss or dss, with multiple monitors, you will need a decoder of some sort, like these https://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/allProducts/661/671?tab=304. If you just want to run SmartPSS on a couple of screens, you will need to have a PC with multiple outputs and possibly more than one video card installed, depending on the amount of outputs that you want.

I do want to run SmartPSS on 2-3 screens, which are connected to a single computer, which is connected to the network on which the DVRs are.
The thing is, we have in place an old software which is doing exactly that (don't know who configured it). I want to upgrade that computer, but I don't have access to that software anymore - and SmartPSS doesn't help me do this.
There are aprox 60-70 cameras split into 5 DVRs (all DVRs being connected to the network) but I only need about 30-40 cameras visible on that PC.

You can run it on two screens, Create a live view with the cams you want. Minimize it and drag it to screen 2, Go back and create a new live view and do the same and leave it on screen 1. There should be a save button at the bottom at that will ask you to name and save your screen views.
