i am using a hikvision camera, and i've got 4 running perfectly fine, but there's a problem with two camera's. i configured them a wile ago, and back then they functioned perfectly fine, but now, 2 months later i want to install them. i tested the cables, and tried the same cables with two other cameras, and the cables are perfectly fine. the cameras boot, and the genuine hikvision poe switch shows the green light that there's a device connected to it, but no link, (the amber light). i tried to reset the camera, and nothing changed. as far as i know, i didnt upgrade the firmware, and i use blue iris as my cctv software. this happens to 2 hikvision ds-cd2043G0-I camera's. firmware should be 5.5.61_180718

i also tried diffrent non poe switches, and the same story there

i will try uart later if you cant help

Do you have a PoE injector you could use to narrow the problem down with?

The link light operates at layer 1 of the OSI model, the physical layer. If you aren't getting a link light, you've got a physical problem.

have you run the SADP software to make sure you don't have 2 cameras configured to the same IP? and to make sure they are on your network ip?

Try with 12v power to the camera and another switch. Try resetting the camera to factory defaults. If that doesn't work the network ports on the cameras may be damaged.
