Hello all,
I have a Sunba 507-20xb - and a Dahua at a 2nd home. I have successfully port forwarded the Dahua and can access the camera remotely through NO-IP from my home. However, on the Sunba although I can get the (NETSurveillance WEB) page interface to load it does not totally load and I therefore cannot access the video feed. I have tried to play with the active x controls to prompt or allow but still no joy.
Has anyone else had a similar problem with Sunba....likely some simple setting I am missing but I am not coming up with it.
Thanks so much in advance for any help!

Can you access and control the camera when on your local network at the 2 house ?
Hi Yankee! Thanks for the reply!!!! I can access it on the VMS Sunba interface but when I try to access via the local IP address no luck and when remote no luck accessing via my no-ip address.
thanks for any ideas!!

if you can not access it with a web browser locally then you will never access it remotely.
I would work on figuring out why the web browser can not access the camera. I would recommend using internet explorer or palmoon32 browsers. Do not use chrome, firefox, opera, safari.

If accessing it with VMS sunba is acceptable. Then set up an openVPN on your router to allow a secure connection to the local network. NEVER open ports , you will get hacked.
