Can you add another IP Camera to your NVR which is connected to another NVR in a different location?

Sure, but why?
Why just add his NVR to your Hik-Connect or iVMS-4200.
He can share his device via email from HikConnect

You can do it if the remote camera is not connected to a integrated POE switch on the NVR.

(at least with older firmwares you could not do it with integrated POE cameras, this might have changed, I have not tried in a while)

the cameras are connected direct to the nvr not a switch..
