Can't find RS-232 port on my Hikvision PTZ, any suggestions?

I own a DS-2DE4225IW-DE. I uploaded the 5.6.0 firmware (which is a mess). Now I want to try to downgrade via RS-232, but I can't find it anywhere on the motherboard.

I wonder if it's the JP4 which doesn't have a port. Anyone seen this before?

That does not look like the main system board, it's power supply and network, unless the main components are on the underside.
If you've not looked underneath, there may be another board, or the connector may be underneath, as it is on the bullet cameras for example.

There is nothing underneath the motherboard. The only thing that goes from the motherboard is the big cable in the middle which goes deep into the PTZ housing, which looks like it's the PTZ control. Getting deep into the camera housing would be too hard (it will require to take the whole camera apart, not just the top part).

The power/network/audio cables are connected to the white ports shown on the picture. I disconnected them before taking the picture.

That looks like power and network to me, heading for the system board.
There is no SoC/RAM/Flash/sensor flex showing in your picture, and you've said there is nothing underneath.

I suspect that's where the serial console access is going to be.

Serial console port is usually located very near the SoC (SystemOnChip) microprocessor. No likely device appears in your photograph. Can you remove screws H1, H2, and H3 and share a photo of the other side of this board?

Yep, turned out you guys were right. I had to disassemble the side parts which then gave me access to another set of screws which finally gave me access to the second board. Thank you so much for your help!
