Okay I paid 270 but I'll take 210 and I'll still pay for delivery to continental U.S.

I may be interested.... couple of questions...

Is this thing loud? (the fan)
I have the 16P-4KS2 poe version which I'm using for my sister and MIL's house. That thing is loud just sitting on the desk. I've been wanting to upgrade my NVR but since mine is in the closet, I can't have it be loud.
