Lost BI serial number after computer crash

So I had to start from scratch again after a hard drive issue. I can't locate the serial number I used to have. I tried emailing Bi email from the website with the first and last 5 of my serial. (I was able to pull it from the app). It's been 4 days and I haven't heard anything yet. I really need to get my Bi back and running without having to buy it again. Is there another contact that I can email, or call to get this straightened out?

In payments/email you should have it also. Do you still have that email.

To clarify, he's referring to your IPCT "Store Account", "orders". If you purchased from IPCT, they'll have it.

Even if you did not use IPCT -- in your confirmation email from blue iris they send your key:
"Thank you for your recent purchase! You will find important information about your purchase and delivery below."

Then it has your License Code.

Try searching your email for:

Found it! I was looking for Blue Iris in my emails, not perspective software. Thank you both for the quick reply!

No, as with almost every other software package you need to buy a license for the new version unless you purchased v4 after april 2019. The upgrade is cheap.
