Dahua NVR on the TV screen problem

You have the splash screen, that a good sign, have you tried hooking up a vga monitor to the NVr and see what happens? looks like it might be going out of range, have you tried right clicking your mouse to see if a menu comes up? You might have to hook a laptop up to it and log on to the webgui and log in that way and then you can see what your video output "display" says. I saw your TV says 720p with a 16:9 ratio, If you can do it with a laptop with your TV running side by side, you can use your laptop to adjust display output.

Yes I had the same issue on the tv I first tried to use with HDMI. The resolution would not display properly. I used a second tv and set the resolution to 16:9 and then the first tv worked via hdmi afterwards. No problems since.

I can't log on to the webgui

I can't log on to the webgui
Lets take a step back here, Is this brand new setup or has this been running OK and you starting having problems. I assumed by your post this was a new setup.

How are you trying to log in? Are you using a Laptop or Windows based PC ? what is your NVR's IP address, If you are using either of the two can you ping your NVr ?
