Hello, I am getting a problem with pink ghosting with moving images on my camera DS-2DE4A425IW-DE I am using a DS-7608NI-I2/8P NVR.

I have factory reset multiple times, made sure all settings are default and camera is fine but soon as I enable WDR wide dynamic range I get pink ghosting.

I have updated my firmware for my NVR and camera still no luck, I have

even tried to power with a separate POE switch.

Does anyone have any suggestions thank you.

I have found that changing the max shutter limit to 1/195 instead of 1/30 seems to fix the problem if anyone else is having any similar issues.
It's not ideal in night time due to it making the image darker but so far its allot better when WDR is enabled hope this can help someone else with a similar problem.

If anyone knows any other fixes I would appreciate it, as night time the camera is very dark with this temporary solution.

Hey...if you click on ‘Image Parameters Switch’ in the sub menu above where you are (you are in ‘Display Settings’) then you can set it to switch between different ‘scene’ settings at different times of day (scheduled switch). Therefore you could create/modify a separate one for night, which has your exposure tweak removed and this would maybe add another temporary fix to your temporary fix :) If you have a way of selecting presets easily you can also use this as well, so you can change it using a joystick etc.
