I have hikvision 32ch DS 7732NI, I am planning to install at least 25 IP Camera, where 15 IP Camera already installed in internal POE port with IP 192.168.254.x , and the rest connected via switch ethernet, the problem is i cannot custom adding the 17th IPCamera's IP (192.168.254.151) with custom adding options, but if i edit the existing port in port 15th it succeeded. i just wonder where is my mistake why i cannot adding via custom adding options.

What you're describing is the correct way of adding them. Ignore the add, custom add options.
1 - Ensure your cameras are visible on the network and activated. They should be visible in the lower section of the NVR IP camera menu screen "number of unadded online devices" - activate them if necessary.
2 - Go to the first unused port in the list, click edit, then type in the IP address and admin password of the new camera.
3 - The camera will come online on that channel and be removed from the "number of unadded online devices list"
4 - Repeat for the remaining cameras
The NVR menu is a bit convoluted in the way that it works. If you click to add a camera it can tell you it won't take any more cameras even when you have multiple ports not used. If you try to delete an unused camera port - it won't let you do that either, even though there's nothing to delete. Just edit each spare port from Plug and play to manual and enter your camera details as they are on your network.
