Contact Andy, he'll hook you up with a better camera that will make you want to take your old camera to Best Buy for recycling :p
Not kidding, you'll be better off with Starlight :)

Hi @emersonvier

Does the IR leds turn on in low light conditions?
How does the RJ45 connectors look?
Try powering it from the barrel power connector. ( if you have an appropriate AC/DC adapter )

You got 2 years service out of the camera to weigh against what it cost. 2 of my 9 chinese market cameras have died after a few years. For what they cost I was willing to take that risk, plus non-chinese market cameras have died too. My cameras have to endure -20F to 100F temps, so IMO a failure here and there isn't shocking. Over those few years, the 2MP starlights and the new 4MP cameras have come out, so I see it as a great chance to upgrade to the better sensors. Go for a 2MP starlight or better yet one of the 4MP 5442 series. If you go for a 5442 be aware the the bigger sensor significantly changes the FOV. A 5442 with a 6mm lens has a FOV pretty close to the 3.6mm lens with a 1/3" sensor.

IPC-T2431T-AS, this is good to go!
I have this one and i am pleased with it, great price and has a microphone. All the settings are factory and i have added brighter lighting to help night time video.

I'm pretty damn impressed, especially with that price :D I'll have to start recommending to folks asking me about budget cams

If you've still got it, I'd buy it for parts. I've got 3x of them and wouldn't mind having one to screw around with a little 'less careful' for flashing.

Sorry, I forgot to post the solution here, I do not know what happened but I have IP conflict, I remove the camera open a case, reset and start the setup again, work well.
That's the best solution there is! Congrats!
