I bought some camera's from empire andy and installed blue iris but I can't view the cameras. I used Dahua's config tool and the cameras have been initialized. I think this has to do with the IP address. Any help.

The computer is a dell with an 8th gen I5 with 16 gigs of ram
The Poe switch is a 24 port switch from mokerlink/
The router is made by TPLINK

Hi @Manic157!

What are the IP addresses that you are using?

If it is an ip issue it could be that all of the cameras are using the default ip address and you have them all connected there would be an be ip address conflict.
You could try only having one connected at a time. If that works and the camera will connect then via the config tool change the ip addresses of each camera so the last set of numbers are different on each camera e.g 192.168.1.x - with x being different on every device on your network

or better still change to dhcp/automatic and reserve address in dhcp server(most likely your router - the manual of your router should explain how to do this)

no worries

just remember to reserve address in router as if they change at any time (eg after expiry time or after reboot/power outage) then you will loose connection in blueiris and have to reconfigure
