Common advice here is to get it from the vendor you purchased it from so you don't run the risk of bricking the camera.

With that said, if you look around here you can find it (search is helpful we have a lot of threads about this unit and the firmware), but it is at your own risk to install it.

And for future reference, never update a camera unless it is known to be fixing a problem you have. Updating this PTZ eliminates autotracking as you found out...

Use IE which is baked in to Win10. Just type "explorer" in the search box. Reset the camera to factory default before updating/changing the firmware. Do the same thing after updating the firmware before setting any configuration changes.

As @sebastiantombs said, if you didn't purchase from Andy, then there is a chance that the camera you have isn't region coded to accept the firmware with autotracking.

When and where did you purchase it?

You have the correct version and is the version I am running, and since you are using IE and don't see it, I suspect you have a model that isn't capable of autotracking...

Or maybe you are looking for a check box that says autotrack, and this camera doesn't have that.

Here is how you can determine if you have the autotracking version (and how to set up).

First use Internet Explorer as this camera more than most will not hold or show all settings in other browsers.

You need to set up a preset.

Then you need to set-up the Smart Plan with Deep IVS for the presets you want to track.

Then go to Deep IVS Rules Config page and you should see Track Time under alarm and Tracking Target size slider. If your screen doesn't show this, then you have a version without autotrack.

When setting up IVS rules, I strongly recommend you use intrusion box with appears and crosses instead of tripwire. And less is more. One IVS rule.

Mine is identical to that, so either operator error in trying to set it up or it is hard-coded to not accept autotrack.
