only the micro sd card is the difference on those to models, F stands for Micro SD

Not totally true. It would be the same as you sending a package to someone overseas.

hdsecuritycenter will send the package to Europe no problem. The downsides are the higher package cost and the import charges. However, i do get a camera that is updateable and better service.

Thanks, I've found the 2CD2032F cam that I am currently focusing on. There is a price differences, but if the support is good and if the HDSecurity version supports firmware upgrades, I think it's worth it.
Karmadhi, did the cams you bought support firmware updates?
I ordered from hdsecurity , he responds well to questions and confirmed that the unit is updateable. I paid more than a chinese version of the same cam but the support is better as well as the fact that I am able to update the device.

Are these genuine Hikvision Cameras? They look the part but don't have 'Hikvision' written anywhere. My concern would be getting fake cams that you can't upgrade the firmware on.

Cheers
Sorry, not sure about this supplier! I thought you were referring to HDsecurity!

Are you ordering from the "HIK Original English IPC" versions, or the "HIK IP Camera" section? I'm unclear if the non-English cameras can be upgraded with English firmware.

I've been window-shopping this stuff for a year now and am no closer to figuring out what I need to get. :)

Sorry, I thought Cookemnster was referring to the supplied I used to get my cams. I obtained my cams from HDsecurity , probably more expensive as compared to other suppliers but at least the firmware can be updated and you get support.
I'd suggest you mail them, they respond quite quick to emails.
