I am curious which piece of hardware contains the firmware which holds the web interface/autotracking features. Would it be the cam module itself or somewhere inside the dome? Would be great if you could swap the web interface for tru hikvision soft.

Apparently for more money you could buy Hikvision module with speedome which would get you hikvision firmware support, but you will need to check with Monica to be sure.

Well that's weird. I went to your link and they show pics of the first generation model. Not the black face 2nd generation model. Aliexpress seems about caught up on the new pics, but why not the manufacturer??

what´s the current firmware for HS-SCB405IP-V10 and HS-SCB405HP-C13?

My current version HS-SCB405IP-V10:

ATTENTION: A newer version IPNC_Amba_V1.0.2_build201511191322 have a bug with the zoom. A saved position do not remember the zoom position.

Another important info:
!!! Both cams have a problem with sysnology, they do not save a camera position !!!
