Cannot reach BI via WAN IP address

I'm not sure what changed. The setting in BI mimic those in the iPhone BI app, but it's not just the app. I cannot open the WAN address from a browser either.

Support suggested the problem might be in the firewall, so I shut down my virus program, Windows Defender and Windows Firewall to no avail. Not sure why this would matter as I didn't make any changes in those program, plus BI is excluded in each.

I can reach each of my two cams using the WAN IP + each cam's port; and, I can reach BI using the LAN IP (10.0.1.3:81) so, it appears the problem is with port forwarding of the BI service on port 81. It's worked well for over a year and I haven't changed anything with that setting. I'm using an Airport Extreme router.

Each cam has a dedicated LAN IP and forwarding port (8150 & 8151) which are open and accessible. My CPU has a dedicated LAN ip as well.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

@jranallettaI deleted the image in your post that exposed your wan address. Its not secure to post it online.
Post your port forwarding settings. Also try to use a higher port for blue iris your isp may have decided to block the lower ports. Try 8282.
It also appears as though something is blocking blue iris or that pc in general from accessing the internet since it cannot pull the ip address. Did you try going online with that pc?
Finally, if you are using blue iris, dont port forward your cameras individually, do so is a huge security risk.

Success!!! Thanks...posted the following then successfully connected to BI via WAN on browser and iPhone w/ wifi turned off.

Post your port forwarding settings. Also try to use a higher port for blue iris your isp may have decided to block the lower ports. Try 8282.

Changed to 8282 - no effect

The laptop pc is online and functioning normally, i.e. able to access any/all web resources.

Finally, if you are using blue iris, dont port forward your cameras individually, do so is a huge security risk.

Unsure what this means. I assume it means don't port forward them at all.

This is just an update, not a question.

After working flawlessly yesterday and with no changes to any settings, the problem has returned, i.e. cannot access BI via WAN.

I suspect the router is failing but do not know if there's a way to verify. Thanks.

It's working again, but I don't understand the dynamics.

The pc has a fixed ip:50

In the router, the BI service is assigned to the same ip address:50

Yet in the BI options/webcast panel, the ip appears as: 25

You have to assign the server a static IP address in the DHCP Reservations for the Airport, otherwise your server IP could be changing every 24 hours on you.
