Update: I decided to give Hamachi LogMeIn a try. It works well so far. Need to use it for a few weeks to say for sure, but definitely an alternative to people with no choice by Satellite service. Thank you.

I'm new to making my on cables, tried a several different standard connectors and never was happy with any of them in the end. I was using a good quality Klein crimper too. I finally tried these PASS THRU CONNECTOR with this Klein Tools VDV226-110 CRIMPER and feel much better about my connections.

Thanks for the help. I was able to change my PC ip address, then connect to the camera and change the ip address on the camera. I had to go back and enable DHCP on my PC to connect to the internet. Now working on making camera visible on the web.
