Welcome Julio First decide what you functionally want to accomplish. Then pick up a few cameras to test with and see if they meet your requirements. Do not jump in and buy a complete setup until you've done those 2 first.

Do you need low light performance ? If so expect to spend more and get a better camera than reolink

Looks good the layout for cameras .. I would want to also get coverage on that side door entrance. Remember to test positions you are considering before drilling any holes.

Hi @jeremybme many of the older Q-see kits were Dahua OEM .. So, you could get a PC and run Blue Iris or the Dahua VMS product they have out now, and just upgrade the cameras that died with newer Dahua OEM cameras. ( remember a drop of di-electric get in the RJ45 boot )

Does reolink only accept 192.168.1.1 and other limited address ranges or lists for gateway ?

Note as you have synology Nas.. remember they charge per camera after 2 iirc .. so for most of us other options become more cost effective once you consider the capabilities vs price

In general the Reolink Doorbell gets good reviews from members here compared to the alternatives .. unfortunately, this probably says a lot more about the options available .. For me, I have yet to find a Doorbell I really like ..
