    mine is wired the same, wired across 1 & 2 on the left, i get one ding when i power on and every time the button is pressed what happens when you put voltage across 1&2 on the bell directly? you should get a ding when applied and dong when removed also check the voltage with a multimeter?

    i would remove the cable management, move the top switch up one U, then move up the Cat6 panel between the switches, the replace the cable management below the switch, finally replace the patch cables with shorter ones

    so the wifi is only providing a bridge? none of the cameras are connecting via WIFI try a Scan of the area to see if there are other wifi signals in the area you could also set the Chanel width from 40 to 20mhz and maybe change the channel from auto and hide the ssid if not hidden every thing...
