Reolink RLC 410 and Blue Iris

Its is FACT. Many users reporting problems. Search the threads on this forum alone. Are those folks lying? Running BASELINE profile is NOT a solution. Furthermore, Reolink lied to its users. You have to be pretty stupid to buy their garbage after that (even before that, they are no name junk)...

Note that reolink is garbage and should particularly not be used with blue iris...they dont offer an adjustable iframe interval.

yes, the iframe needs to match the fps to properly stream direct to disk in BI....there are several threads about this. Reolink refuses to modify the firmware. Garbage cameras that should be avoided.

Suggestions on a new kit system for a noob

Reolink is garbage. Dont buy bullet cameras unless you are prepared to install external IR...dont cheap out on the cameras. Buy the dahuas and use a dahua NVR.

Reolink decided not to add iFrame interval because it'll cause issues for "some people".

This is why you need to stay away from those garbage cameras...Every time someone asks about purchasing the camera tell them not to and post a link on reolink's twitter feed. Their statement is completely ridiculous as almost every ip camera has this option.
