You have to add Record as one of the items under Event Linkage on each IVS rule You also need to make sure under Record that Timeplan and Storage tabs are set correctly MD has NO effect one way or the other on IVS, None.- bigredfish

yes the new GUI has been out for over a year On Smart Plan, disable Acupick and everything except IVS. Camera may want to reboot Click the HOME icon and make sure you are seeing the full interface Under Events disable MD and SMD Under "Record" you will find Playback- bigredfish

is POE++ a reliable option?
Just an FYI but using similar setups Ive not been able to make two cameras appear using a splitter and one wire back into an NVR PoE port.. Both instances I have I ended up connecting the return line from the two cameras to an external switch and assigning each a unique IP on the LAN- bigredfish
