Regarding Trump, I don't recall a criminal complaint filed by the banks/financial institutions. Not sure if there was any "federal" about the supposed crimes. Maybe, maybe not. For Shiff it appears there is a criminal complaint by one or more Federal Sponsored Entities.- Sybertiger
